Our approach

Making mappings visible

Most organisations produce several sets of figures from the same transactions. The risk is not the difference itself, but a difference nobody can explain.

We document mapping tables, restatements and controls, then build them into the ERP so they are applied at every closing.

Single entry keyed or imported into the ERP Mapping engine SYSCOHADA Annual financial statements IFRS Group consolidation package COBAC / CIMA Regulatory reports Tax Tax return and filings Management Dashboards and budget
Frameworks

Seven frameworks, one team

Our consultants work on the accounting, prudential, tax and labour standards that apply in French-speaking Africa.

Revised SYSCOHADA

17 OHADA member states

The Uniform Act on accounting law and financial reporting (AUDCIF) and the revised SYSCOHADA set the rules for bookkeeping and financial statement presentation across the OHADA area.

  • Chart of accounts and statements set up in the ERP
  • Closing review and preparation of annual financial statements

IFRS

International standards (IASB)

IFRS, issued by the IASB, apply to subsidiaries of international groups and to entities that raise funds on the markets. They require judgement, estimates and detailed disclosures.

  • Conversion of local accounts to IFRS and group package
  • IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IAS 19 and IFRS 18 readiness

COBAC PCEC

Banks in the CEMAC zone

Credit institutions in CEMAC keep their accounts under the COBAC chart of accounts and submit their regulatory reports to the General Secretariat of the Banking Commission.

  • Mapping between PCEC, regulatory reports and IFRS
  • Loan provisioning and its link with IFRS 9 expected credit loss

PCEMF

Microfinance in the CEMAC zone

Microfinance institutions have a dedicated chart of accounts and reporting obligations suited to their business, under COBAC supervision.

  • Accounting set-up and reporting for MFIs
  • Loan portfolio data quality

CIMA Code

Insurance, CIMA area

The CIMA Insurance Code governs the accounting, technical provisions and reports submitted by insurance companies in member states.

  • CIMA chart of accounts and reports in the ERP
  • Support with closing and reporting

Tax

CEMAC, WAEMU and national legislation

Each country applies its own general tax code. We configure taxes in the ERP and prepare the tax return and periodic filings.

  • Tax and filing configuration
  • Preparation of the annual tax return (DSF)

Payroll and labour

Gabon and countries of operation

Payroll depends on each country's labour code, collective agreements and social security bodies. Our HR-Payroll module embeds these rules and produces the related filings.

  • Payroll calculation and social security filings
  • Payroll audit and compliance
